Amazing hotel with its air conditioning, rooftop pool, tv, and 24-hour reception. The staff once helped find a jewel I lost, always ready to assist. I can't wait to return for Christmas!

Magnificent and wonderful location, it was near to a port. Plus, a palatial fortification was at a medium distance from the hotel. I ate at a good restaurant for Lunch or evening dinner. There were it's own balcony and a storage space too.

This hotel fails to impress, especially with the uncomfortable bed and the almost non-existent pool, just a glorified plunge pool. I mean, i expected complimentary water bottles for the price, but apparently, that's too much to ask. Almost thought about leaving a good review, but just couldn't, not with these major oversights!

Small hotel, convenient location, to the historical center on foot in 10-15 minutes, to the beach in 10 minutes. Breakfasts are not very varied, but for its price - quite. Polite staff.
Not very comfortable beds.

Although suituated in a dingy back-street area, the location was good being only a fifteen minute walk from the main shopping and restaurant areas in the centre of town. But, if location is not important to you, I'd not be recommending this hotel which was disappointing in terms of the facilities on offer. As for the 'studio (2 adults)', unless you absolutely need cooking facilities, don't bother booking one of these until the management spruces them up. Cramped for space and tatty, cheap furnishings make them an unpleasant waste of money.
We had originally booked what is described as 'a studio' at greater expense than a double room. However, it was simply a double room that had a basic kitchen area taking up a lot of of space. Also, the bed was a flop-down couch style bed with a four inch thick mattress and no headboard. So, if you don't need to cook, don't book!! We asked for a double room and balcony which we were told was not possible as there was work being done on the three floors where the rooms with balconies were located. We got a basic double room which was better. but I spent the early morning ridding the room of the army of ants coming from the vent (room 306). No facilities eg not a hairdryer in the whole hotel. Supposed to be '3 star'; don't think so!

Clean and well-equipped bathrooms with functioning showers.
I was disappointed by the lack of decorations in the room. The atmosphere felt quite barren, and the absence of mirrors in the triple room was frustrating. Some noise from the nearby bull ring.
